In this game the edges are clear,
But also many,
The leading edge, the bleeding edge, the back end and the far behind,
Far beyond the pale of typical party lines,
They tell a story about our issues and values,
About causes and consequences,
Because politics are never blind,
What I'm trying to do is understand
How they connect, interweave, and intertwine,
The politics we live are worldwide,
No matter how small a part of the divide
Is the seat we're voting for at the time,
And as the net of our connections and communications grows larger,
So it is that every day the metaphorical space of our world seem
