This is pretty much just a major update of Giants of Heaven
Tried to use the advice I got in comments, especially that of =PlasmaX7 Total time including original work ~15 hours, and most of that trying things that didn't work Somewhere near 150-200 layers at some points Concept stayed the same, planets stayed pretty much the same, hopefully the background is much more interesting now. Also added a frame to it and title. Comments

If I had to pick one thing I like the most I would have to say the background. It just keeps drawing your eyes up . -- "At first I thought I could handle the power. I don't even want to think about how much time I spent on that background, so I'm so happy it is effective at keeping you looking! -- Member of =Space-Club  Excellent. It creates a false depth almost with the textures on the planets, and the background offsets that with enough suggested distance courtesy of the whispy colors and stars you provide.
I'm trying to be advance here and it's not working very well.  Mind me.-- "Diplomacy is the ability to tell a person to go to hell in such a way that he looks forward to the trip." "God is playing a comic to an audience that's afraid to laugh."—Voltaire    reminds me of Brandon Hale's (absolutehalo) "Luminesce." Perhaps a little more of a shadow cast by the planets would be welcome. Good job, otherwise!
